Matthew E. Tiffany, Esq.
Mr. Tiffany grew up in Georgia and attended the University of Georgia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Afterwards he attended the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. While there he interned with the United States Attorney’s Office as well as the Public Defender’s Office, both prosecuting and defending people accused of crimes. Upon graduating he started working at the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he spent six years trying cases in front of a jury on charges ranging from driving under the influence up to attempted murder. Mr. Tiffany then entered the practice of civil law, working for a firm representing creditors in collection actions and insurance companies in subrogation matters. He now represented consumers in disputes with timeshare developers and management.
