Daniel attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in Biology. He then attended Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. During law school, Daniel completed internships with the U.S. Department of the Interior, the City of Orlando, and Linowes and Blocher LLP.
While in Vermont, Daniel managed teams of editors as a Production Editor with the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. He also litigated a case in the Environmental Division of Vermont’s Superior Court with a team at a law clinic. Daniel is General Counsel for an Orlando-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
Prior to joining the Aaronson Law Firm, he specialized in environmental, health, and safety administrative law, as well as local land use issues. Daniel now represents consumers in disputes with timeshare developers and associated organizations.
